hi everyone....

just one little addition to the wis/dex debate....i have heard of 2
different equations for figuring out mana...they are both quite
similar...if they are correct...you can judge for yourself how much extra
mana you'll get per wisdom point...

the equations are: [(wis/5)+2]*level or (wis/5)*level ....either
way...it is a constant increase regardless of whether you add 2 or
not....so...accoriding to the first equation i have made a little table
with different wisdom values based on a level 30 and 40 cleric...i hope
this helps a little

L30 L40

<underline>wis mana wis mana

</underline>

100 660 100 880

110 720 110 960

120 780 120 1040

130 840 130 1120

again...i didnt get this formula from anywhere offical...but a number of
ppl who i have spoken to have verified it, and judging by my own
mana...it seems fairly accurate...so it looks like at level 30...10
points of wisdom is equal to a 60 point mana increase and at level 40,
the same 10 points of wisdom will equal 80 points of mana. I must say..i
really do like this mailing list...gives me something to do at work...
good hunting
