Because typically people dont sit right on top of a rare item, they sit
back a ways, the wiz can attack as soon as the baddie appears and do his
damage before the first swing hits. Look, any scenario can happen,
i've seen groups with the current system. My point is, even with the
change wizards will still be able to steal kill...
