Don't bother until you are L26 for now....

Seems like there is indeed a skill cap that is (Lvl -15) x 5

So at L18 you can only get to 10 (but you start at 50 skill so you can't
raise it). You can't start raising it until you hit L26, then you max would
be 55.

I am L35 and spent 1100pp trying to raise it 1 stinking point, then I read
this news group only to find the messages about the skill cap (UGH!!!!)

I am at level 18 and I want to start building skill slowly. What order do I
need to practice items?
Fireworks are Trivial so should I proceed in the following order to maximize
skill increase and minimize cost? I don't have a rich uncle to fund me so
this will take me a while to raise skill.
