I&#39;ve spent way over 100 plat making flameless lanterns which is the ONLY thing

that I can make easily that Is not trivial.. However..

My tinkering skill level has not gone up 1 point! Is anyone else having this

Also I hate how half the items are bugged!

Where can I get that Gnomish tattered cloak to make the Heated cloak?

Collapsable fishing poles are a pipe dream, along with spyglasses, Infravision
<br/>
goggles and gnomish fireworks...
<br/>

I encourage ALL of you to email Verant or do a (few) /feedback&#39;s in game stating

that you want Tinkering fixed, like I have.
<br/>
