There are 2 books on tinkering to be bought from an NPC that stands on the
"far" side of the waterfall, on the lower part, by the wheel thingie in
AkAnon, these books have, amongst other recipes, the ones for gemcutters,
rebreathers, aqualungs and collapsible fishing poles..
