The cost is around 45pp, the gloves sell back for 38ish (with 102 cha, don't
remember
what kind of faction I have with my gnomish vendor brothers. Never bothered
to raise
it really). I've just today raised the skill to 122 with them, so I can
confirm this trivial
point.
