Dead serious. At level 10, I stacked Jonathans Whistling Warsong, and
Anthem. I can have the effects of both constantly, boosting my 85 str to
105 (107 now). There is a distinctly noticeable differance in the number
of hits, and the percentage of hits that are max damage.

At l12, when you get bellow, you have to be willing to manually cycle the
song
to get the most effect. You can get a pulse every 5 secs if you manually
cycle
it, more like 8 or 9 if you wait for it to run itself out.

The trick is to stop/restart songs the moment the sparkly's appear.
