the code and say &quot;oh yeah, that should work&quot;.  They can&#39;t even tell when a<br/>
quest is broken from day one they implement it so they obviously don&#39;t even<br/>
unit test their code by running it once.<br/>

I just double checked with the dev team to try and resolve this and have <br/>
been informed they have extensively tested this and the Bard armor is <br/>
dropping on public servers.<br/>

Guess it&#39;s just ultra rare. At least Maestro always has a prsent for them.<br/>
