Yes I have been having that same problem as well. If I have a pc targetted
screach gives a message that you cant cast on that person or something like
that. I practically live in sol b and the trains are sometimes pretty bad so
I use screach fairly often.
What makes it worse when I am grouped with another bard and I need to use
it, it makes it ever harder even if I do remember to not have a target, if
the other bard is singing I will auto target him on the next pulse so I have
a small window to use it....
