Remember on the IG's you have to 'cast' from melee range. I the mass
beatdowns prior to dragon raids I use it to interrupt their castings,
nothing more :)
I did fully mez and stun one of the lvl 50 IG's once. Then it resisted the
next 10 attempts heh.
