I used it when we weren't fighting casters, then I would substitute a rhythm
song, up until I got Binding and Chains. I now use those, Binding if using
AoE and runners are not a problem, Chains if it is. This way I figure I'm
giving the equivalent of a 30% haste to the entire group, rather than a 20%
haste to just myself.
