fail?  therefore testing mana song while not medding would show the exact<br/>
mana per pulse?  don&#39;t ask me i am so not the tester =)  but what you think<br/>
is mana song non-medding gives 7 per tick and mana song medding gives 12+<br/>
mana per tick, and that is not counting the mana regenerated by the medding<br/>
itself?  that would be weird.<br/>
