My theory on that is that someone decided that Kelethin should be the most
difficult town in the game. It's easy to get lost. It's easy to fall off
if your unfamilar with it. And it's easy to get frustrated as a newbie when
the elevator you've seen going up and down won't come down when you get to
the platform. (my first char was a wood elf bard, not Evulia though, and I
honestly had no idea how the elevators worked. I think I made it to level
three before figuring it out)
