I've been hunting Unrest recently, and from my experience (lvl 25), the
tower or maybe barroom would be good. I have heard the hand room is also
good. Using DDD (or other AOE songs) in the estate, will pull mobs from
other floors of the house. Any fighting in the tower will pull from the
barroom and vice versa. Overall, the experience has been good and the loot
has been acceptable (FS weapons), but the items off named mobs have become
devalued (except for the bs tunic maybe). Feel free to ask any other
questions.
