* Only charm the mob nodody is concentrating on?
* Wait until yon monk is nearly dead before bringing
relief his way? Sometimes a near-death experience
makes belivers out of people.
* Find a group of people who likes to play as a group

My experience has been opposite. I couln't use it for
squat at 8th lvl, but at 29, I pull with ease. I
haven't used it on more than 2 mobs at a time
successfully though...
