I pretty much twist in Jig whenever I am meleeing with it. Mostly I just
use it to keep up my 1HS since both my piercing weapons are so far superior
(Harpoon of the Depths and Obsidian Shard). Didn't rogues use to complain
there were no good piercers??? I have tried to get a better 1HS several
times but to no avail. They seem to be far more difficult to obtain than
good piercers.

I suppose I'm just biased, I've always tried to find the lightest
weapons I can. My heaviest 1hslash is my Ebon Razor (4.5) down to my
lightest 0.0 Whip of Strangulation. Tho, at a relatively slow 29 (for
1hslash) I guess 8 wt isn't too bad. It must hurt with the zippyness
of the well-balanced.
