The pirate earrings can be turned in to the same woman who you turn the bracer in to
(if you decide to do so, as I mentioned before), Styria. She is in one of the huts
on the Sister island. Typically, the reward for the quest is pitiful, like an aviak
feather (not the good research component, just a feather) or rusty weapon or a fish
(yes, a fish). You do get nice factional adjustments though. It's a shame the
earrings are lore though, because it is easy to get multiples, and a real pain to
have to swim two islands over to cash them in one at a time.
