I have 100 CHA, also, and being Level 11, I rarely miss notes in
Anthem, Hymn or Dissonance. If i'm lucky I can twist all three.

However, Kelin's and Cinda's have an annoying habit of missing notes
LOTS. One time I hit Cinda's 11 times before it took. Not that it
did much.

So, now it seems that my extra points into CHA weren't such a waste
after all! 8)
