At lvl 8 I missed a lot too especially the Hymn song. But now at lvl 9, i
missed like once every hour. My Charisma is 75, DEX is 99. I have max out
my skill. I hoped this help.

Your Friendly Rogue and Bard,
Hammerpaw and Samiam

Hm, but that does not answer why Gatlin misses notes less than %33 of the
time, he estimated. I rarely missed notes at 8th level. I'm certain skill
level has a lot to do with missing notes, but would not be surprised if
charisma or some other stat was figured into a formula for such a purpose.
Either that, or Galtin has a bugged character. He stated his skill was 45,
and he should not be having that problem.

Roop

This could all be tested with a scientific method, but would require too
much time and gold for me to attempt it.
