Depends on faction. With amiable vendors, I think a charisma
of around 95-100 gets you the best prices. With indifferent
vendors you need about 100-110 and sometimes even that is not
enough (there's a random factor that gets reset when you
zone). I'm not sure it's possible to get best prices from
apprehensive vendors - the effect of chr seems to be capped
around 110-120. I'm pretty sure race plays a part too, and am
going to test it some more once I get my enchanter some more
illusion spells.

Both a blessing and a curse. Your songs now look different
from a newbie bard's. Your songs now cause more lag. :-)
