I can't confirm the reduction in punching delay (I sure hope so cause I got
a level 15 monk) but high level monks can deal great amounts of damage
without any speedup. At that level I think both dual wield and double attack
are maxxed at 250. According to a calculation chart I saw a monk has a 60%
chance of double attacking, 50% chance of dual wielding, 28% chance of
triple attacking, and ~16-18% chance of quad attacking. These, of course,
are punches for 40 pts of damage if I understand correctly (1 pt per
level?). And throw a 70-80 pt flying kick in there...
