I know mine is always maxxed. It mainly maxxes out because I make frequent
journeys into places like Permafrost with my 50th level ogre shaman, 50
level half-elf bard, and 39th level druid for items. Don't get any
experience but those skill points sure add up fighting all those things that
are just barely red to me.
Before this, however, I've never really had a problem keeping these maxxed
except for when I kited aviaks for a few levels. I think that these skills
are linked to Agility or Dexterity (could be wrong, don't kill please) so
maybe getting some items to boost those stats might help. Mine is boosted to
100 and 124 respectively.

8)skill. From what I've heard, at higher levels, mobs tend get
8)angry at bards
8)first, and make short work of them. I'm always on the lookout
8)for better
8)armor, but I want every defensive advantage I can get,
8)including the defense
8)skill.
