Answer: Hide/Sneak combo that Rogues get does not work for bards.

Answer: It is possible to raise your skill in Begging by targeting a pet and
being persistent. You will get no money or items but you can get skill
increases (based on personal experience).

Question: Does begging from NPC's affect your Factions with that NPC and if
so under what circumstances (i.e., on success and/or failure, etc.).
