A hybrid is any class that you consider to be a hybrid.
A caster is whatever class you consider to be casters (just
int-based, int- and wis- based, or anyone who's not a warrior,
monk, or rogue).
A newbie is anyone lower level than you.
The common link in all these is "you." We're not talking in
absolute terms, we're talking in subjective terms. Hence the
conflict of opinion.
