I guess I was looking as it as:
Druid: Caster (Major) + Fighter (Minor)
(can use armor, can use slashing weapons)
Shaman: Same at Druid
Paladin: Fighter (Major) + Caster (Minor)
(Ranger, SK too)
Cleric: Caster + Armor

Where did you get this idea? Hybrid means a "combination of two different
things", not "he who fights with slashing weapons".
i.e.:
Ranger = warrior + druid
Paladin = warrior + cleric
Shadow Knight = warrior + necromancer
Bard = rogue + enchanter + . . . .
What are druids/clerics/shaman a combination of? They are not hybrids.

A hybrid is considered any class that can use slashing weapons or armor.
Druids and Shaman can. Pure Casters cannot. Ask yourself, does the Druid
or Shaman follow the same weapon/armor rules as a Pure Caster (Mage/Wizard).
Clerics are the oddball, in that they can wear armor.
