Probally for the same reason we cant sing selo indoors, our throats
magically constrict and we forget this one song, but hell! we can play a
flute under water!.. what a second, what was the logic in that again? :=)

Actually, I missed where you said "Sow and Accelerando" and
only saw Accelerando. *shrug* But still, if another class
can use SOW and a bow.. Why wouldn't a bard be able to use
Accelerando and a bow?
