Hmm, maybe they changed it again. I didn't get the hit with
my enchanter when he first got the ring about a month and a
half ago, nor did I get the hit when he got a new ring about
two weeks ago. (I'd tested to see if Hendri's "indifferent"
con was sufficient to recharge the ring without me having to
use a faction spell.)
