As it was announced to the Project Leaders on 23 May 2018, the web service at https://forge.ow2.org (and consequently http://forge.objectweb.org) has been effectively discontinued on Monday, 2 Jul 2018. In the initial announcement, Project Leaders were provided with a document that explains the situation and what to do about it.
