Don Cardona

                         Executive, Founder of inMotion Wellness, Inc.


As Founder of InMotion Wellness, Inc., Don Cardona, has been operating a Health and Wellness facility for nearly 20 years.  His career began in multi-unit positions such as a Fitness Supervisor and quickly moved into a District Manager position managing all aspects of Sales, Marketing and operations for 10 clubs in the San Francisco Bay area.  As an Area manager in the Arizona area where he grew a previously undeveloped market into a thriving market of 7 new grand opening clubs. He managed all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Operations for 11 clubs, 11 staff members, 11 General Managers and 11 Fitness Managers. He orchestrated growth of the Arizona market from 4 to 11 facilities.  He also consistently outperformed the nation in J.D. Power's Customer Satisfaction and Relation scores which translated into exceeding financial expectations.  He went on to become the Sr. Vice President at Bally Total Fitness where he managed all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Operations for 41 clubs, 5 staff, 5 District Managers and 3 Senior Fitness Managers.  He consistently outperformed the Eastern territory by at least 6-8% in EBITDA every month. This lead Don into his current role as President and Founder of InMotion Wellness, Inc. in San Jose, CA. as a Health and Wellness corporation where they help clients make getting active easy and on their terms. 

Don has also been a CEO consultant for Health clubs in the San Diego area. He is currently working on building and implementing innovative IoT and AI technology solutions that will create an Ecosystem for consumers in the Health and Wellness arena. 

His objective is to change the Health and Wellness industry as we know it! Everyone should have the ability and access to change their health on their terms.

Owner of iNmotion Wellness, Inc. and a previous client, I was very serious about changing my life for the better, InMotion Wellness, Inc.’s approach to health and wellness has inspired me and my new found passion for fitness to share my own success story and to help others realize their fitness goals can be a reality too.  This is why I made the decision to become a part of this business, to help women my age realize that it is never too late to start a fitness program, no matter what life adversities deal you.  InMotion Wellness, Inc. gave me the confidence to believe in myself to be more confident in my own skin. I want to encourage others to make that dream of being fit and healthy for themselves and their family a reality.  InMotion Wellness, Inc. gave me my life back! 

My objective is to give everyone the ability and access to change their lives through innovative Health and Wellness platforms. Making a difference by paying it forward, one life at a time. 

15 years of Marketing, Communications and Sales experience at Fujitsu Computer Products of America, I know we can confidently engage in the production of fitness programs in the health and wellness market channeled through personal trainers, youth sports and senior programs which is directly proportional to disposable income.  I have managed a $2M budget developing a communications and promotional plan for product programs through various collateral mailings, emails, website, newsletters and all social media platforms, i.e., Facebook, twitter and Instagram.  My ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape gives us the edge we need to be first to market and promote our name in the fitness industry.

 Membership Sales experience at the Centennial Recreation Center in Morgan Hill, CA earned me a promotion to Manager within a six month period. Overseeing and developing membership sales and software program entry for accuracy, processed and tracked all membership cancellations, managed upgrades to member accounts, managed overdue balances on member accounts via phone contact and in person and proactively called existing annual memberships for renewals on a monthly basis.  This generated an annual increase in membership sales, increase in profit margin.

Jasmeer Abdulvahid

                         Executive, Sofware Architect

A software architect with more than 20 years of industry experience covering a wide range of technologies such as Databases, Virtualization, Web and Cloud etc., with a career long passion for data analytics and user experience design.

 Over the years has been part of many companies in the Valley – from start-ups to industry leaders. Personally responsible for developing several patents in areas of data protection and disaster recovery. 

As a technological evangelist I strongly believe that information technology can and must play a crucial role in making informed Health and Wellness decisions, as well as developing a platform that is affordable. It is this passion that motivates me. 

Hemanth Kalluri

                         Executive, Software Management

A total of 18 Years experience in the industry, as part of my responsibilities has led a number of successful projects through the complete software life cycle from conception to delivery and maintenance with some of the valleys pre-eminent technological leaders. 

Over the last decade, with primary responsibility in the storage division has been responsible in development efforts to create software solutions using the high-end SAN storage. This includes enterprise class Storage servers, virtualized Storage, Server Virtualization. Has received outstanding technical achievement award in the Storage division. 

With very strong experience in C, C++ and Java, has developed projects that have been done in one of the three programming languages. 

Consistently demonstrates innovative skills and has filed for patents which received invention awards with published papers on storage best practices.
