There does not appear to be a correlation between humidity and equator proximity. The graph shows a great variety of humidity percentages at different lattitudes. One could conclude that wherever you go around the world, it may or may not be humid. And one could guarantee that if you live in NC (as I do), the humidity in the summers will be brutal!
