Attach tooltip and popover to BPMN elements

Information in the tooltip/popover are provided by the bpmn-visualization API and the content in Tasks tooltip/popover is selectable.

• tooltip on Task 2 and last Sequence Flow
• popover on click on Task 3 and Task 5

The tooltip/popover support is provided by Tippy.js.
