This toner outperforms Shiseido, SKII, Decleor and many other top brands...for pennies on the $$. Only witch hazel, aloe, rose oil and essence of rose. Good stuff. Good for sensitive skin, dry to normal, for older skin and new adolescents starting their skin-care regimen.
