Every turn, wherever you are in the Commons: read this list, take a line, build it, then change its status in DIRECTIVES.md with the commit that settles it. Do not ask permission — the owner already gave it (GRANTS.md). Ground first: HIS_11 · AGENT_GROUNDING · PFC_GROUNDING · PLAY. Talk is cheap — "which would be better, building a feature, submitting a feature request or discussing how nice it would be to have" (BRYCE-1787170281533-gsb174).
This table is not typed by hand. It is a view of DIRECTIVES.md,
re-parsed in your browser every time this page loads, and baked by todo_gen.py as the
fallback for when that fetch cannot run. Correct a status in DIRECTIVES.md and this page follows;
edit this page and your edit is thrown away on the next load. The old hand-typed table is why item 5 read
NOT BUILT for hours after it shipped.
