Converting PREPBUFR observations to LITTLER

PREPBUFR observations can be assimilated natively in WRFDA, but if you have a mix of observations in PREPBUFR and LITTLE_R (ASCII text-based) formats, you can not assimilate observations in these two formats simultaneously. However, since LITTLE_R observation files can be contatenated, you can convert your PREPBUFR observations into LITTLE_R format, and combine the LITTLE_R files to get all your observations assimilated at once. Information on installing and running the converter can be found in the README file contained in the package.

Currently there is limited testing done on this tool, and support may not be available. Use at your own risk!
