COLLECTOR

Overview

Collector is a tour experience designed for visitors to better immerse themselves in the museum context and customize their touring experiences in Nanjing Museum. It contains three touch points: the AR trigger, your mobile phone and the interactive digital signage.

Visitors firstly download the app before they get into the exhibition halls. When they find a collection they are interested in, they can scan the sign besides it to trigger the 3D model and interact with it on their phone. After successfully answering the questions based on the information museum provided, the visitors can collect the collection to their phone. After the tour, visitors are also encouraged to reflect what they have experienced a day and leave comments on the reflection wall. After leaving the museum, visitors are able to enjoy all the collections in the museum digitally on their phone.
