XDOMLetter
This is an abstract class for the letter part of the domination control point hologram. The rings are separate, covered by xDomRing.
Uncommon: Anyone know why bNetNotify is set to true? Neither this class nor its subclasses use PostNetNotify, so there doesn't seem to be any point.
