Ender Chest + 1-Billion-EU-Energystorage = This Device. The IDSU can store 1 000 000 000 EU and outputs 8192 EU/t. It has a hash that is tied with the player who placed it. Hence, each person can only have one IDSU network, like the Vanilla Ender Chest. It is a Tier V item.

The Interdimensional Storage Unit (or I.D.S.U.) is for all intents and purposes the ultimate energy storage block. It has the highest energy storage of any device, Tier V-level energy input and output, and shares its stored energy with all other I.D.S.U.s placed by the same player. Owning more than one I.D.S.U. does not give you more energy storage; rather, it gives you a means of lossless interdimensional energy transport, or the potential to output energy faster (in one place).
