This team consists of dedicated individuals who work together to plan, execute, and manage events related to electrical engineering.

  • Event Coordinators : These individuals are responsible for overseeing the entire event coordination process. They manage the team, delegate tasks, and ensure that all aspects of the event are properly organized. They work closely with other team members and collaborate with external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Program Managers : Program managers focus on designing the event program and schedule. They determine the sequence of activities, plan for guest lectures, technical workshops, competitions, and other engaging sessions. They ensure that the events are aligned with the society's goals and objectives.
  • Logistics Team : This team handles logistics, including venue arrangements , transportation, equipment procurement, and accommodation for guest speakers or participants. They ensure that all the necessary resources are available at the right time and place, making the events run smoothly.

Volunteer coordinators recruit and manage volunteers for event support. They assign tasks to volunteers, provide necessary instructions, and ensure that volunteers are well-informed and actively engaged in event activities.

This team is responsible for marketing the events and creating awareness among the student body. They develop promotional strategies, design posters, utilize social media platforms, and liaise with the college's media channels to maximize event attendance and participation.

  • Registration Team: The registration team manages the registration process for events, ensuring that interested participants can easily sign up. They handle participant queries, maintain databases, and coordinate with other teams to ensure a seamless registration experience.
  • Finance and Sponsorship Team: This team is responsible for managing the event budget and seeking sponsorships or funding opportunities. They draft budget proposals, approach potential sponsors, negotiate financial agreements, and ensure proper financial management throughout the event.
  • Technical Support Team: The technical support team takes care of the audio-visual setup, lighting, and other technical requirements during events. They work closely with the logistics team to ensure that the necessary technical infrastructure is in place and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

The event coordination team of the Electrical Engineering Society at BIT Sindri works collaboratively to plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events that cater to the interests and needs of the student community.
