Educational Purpose

Critical Notice

ADB Device Manager is developed and provided exclusively for educational, research, and personal testing purposes. By using this software, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The tool is intended to help users understand Android internals, ADB protocols, and local network bridge communications.
  • It must not be used for any form of unauthorized access, data misuse, or malicious activities against devices or networks.
  • Users are encouraged to use the Software as a learning platform to explore how Windows and Android can integrate securely over local connections.
02

Feature Acknowledgment

The companion Android application handles operations (such as SMS management, call popups, screen capture, and notification reading) using Android platform APIs. You acknowledge that:

  • These features are designed to emulate standard integration features over a direct local link.
  • The application acts as a transmission medium between your phone and your PC over your own network and cables.
  • All background processes, listeners, and frame encoders run purely locally on the hardware you own and control.
03

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Software (both the Windows desktop application and the companion Android installer files), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

04

Use of Service

You agree to use the Software only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that your use of the Software does not violate any local laws or regulations.

05

Security & Local Operation

The Software operates entirely offline on the devices on which it is installed. It does not establish connections with remote tracking or analytics servers. The security and integrity of the local network bridge are the sole responsibility of the user.

We advise users to secure their Wi-Fi routers and endpoints, and avoid running wireless connection links on unsecured, public hotspot networks. For details on execution boundaries and encryption modes, refer to the Security Model.

06

Software License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to run compiled versions of the Software on hardware you own. Premium features verified by local cryptographic checks are licensed strictly to the purchasing individual user and may not be repackaged or distributed.

07

Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

08

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post updates directly on this page. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
