Use of the Extension

• You must provide your own valid Gemini API key to use the AI features.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

• ApplyAI and its code are licensed under the MIT License.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

User Data

• All data is stored locally in your browser.
• We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal data, except as required to interact with the Gemini API.

Disclaimer

• The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Extension.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated cover letters.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyAI and its creators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Extension.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
