Ontario Swimming Officials Association 3rd Annual Meeting was held at the Novatel Airport in Toronto, Scott Milloy in the chair.

Scott had no written Chair Report. He noted that at the last Swim Ontario Board Meeting he moved that Swim Ontario entertain suggestions for a proper swimming memorial for the late Jack McCormick. This motion was passed by the board and the board is now accepting suggestions.

Scott apologized in advance for the parking fee. He also noted that government support is continuing to diminish. A fifth request for funding has been sent to the government, but there has been no indication of when such support will be forthcoming. Increased volunteer commitment is another hidden tax. We are adequately financed if we continue to cover costs as we go.
