1. Pre-Operation Setup

Connect the battery, touch pad harness, transducer, scoreboard, etc. as described on the inside cover of the OSM6.

2. Operational Setup

2.1 Turn on the OSM6 console. The power switch is located at the rear right of the console.

2.2 The OSM6 display screen will request some information which you are required to enter. Provide the appropriate answers as shown below. (Note: the order of these requests may differ from the order shown.)

Date month/day/year (e.g. 042898) Enter

Time hour/minute/second (e.g. 175900) Enter {Make the time a little later than the actual time of day.}

Sync After the time has been entered, the display will read "sync". When the entered time and the actual time of day match, press Test/Start to synchronize the OSM6.
