The Region IV Comprehensive Center's mission is to help schools realize the goal of the
1994 Improving America's Schools Act--that all children achieve high standards, particularly
those students with special needs. The Region IV Comprehensive Center serves Kentucky,
North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
