Flames

This is a script that is based on the fire tutorial (http://gug.sunsite.dk/tutorials/tomcat13/). It was built and tested on GIMP 2.4 (so, using the new scheme engine).
It comes with two versions; one that creates an image of flames and another that creates an animation (using layers as frames).

I need to know the tutorial please
I have searched for a while now tonite LOOKING FOR THE CORRECT TUTORIAL FOR ANIMATED FLAMES.
CAn you please give the details for the animation part of this along with the tutorial. I don't want to use the script. I need to change the colors so I would like very much to create a new one.
