File upload problem

Hi,

I can't upload my newer python plugin even though it has been packed as a zip file. Error mesage below has appeared:

Compiled ('C'/C++ language) plugin.
Error message

The file export_layers_to_pdf.zip could not be saved. An unknown error has occurred.
The file in the File attachments field was unable to be uploaded.

Can you help me please?

PS: I have also problem in the web section: User menu->My account
