Help about duplicate shortcut key

Hello everyone I want a plugin or script or anything that can make a shortcut key to duplicate layer.Like when you press alt+z duplicate alyer.I want this plugin to duplicate layer when you press alt+z or if you just can do another key tell me.Please do it I need it.
