These two scripts help you with some basic operations on images with a lot of layers (some hundreds or so), for instance when you work on animations (one frame consists of several layers, which belong together). You can set linking and visibility status, opacitymode, and (or) process opacity fadings, which all can be done repeatedly for subgroups or for independant single layers (by stepping throughout the whole layerstack or by a definable cyclelength). Fadings can be compressed or expanded separatly by a definable start- and endrange (to make seamless looping more natural, which means changing to a non-linear type like a sinuscurve).
The second script handles flexible copying, erasing, and mergedown of independant layers or separate sublayer groups (the processing settings can be looped repeatedly).
