Can't drop file/plug-in into gimp folder

I downloaded a High-Pass filter and opened up my Gimp folder until I was at 2.0 and scripts. I opened the script folder but it wouldn't let me drop ANYTHING into it. How am I supposed to get this into the folder so that I can use this filter in Gimp?

Wrong place

Firstly, right-click the high-pass.scm and unblock it. Otherwise it won´t show up in Gimp.
Then navigate to C:/Users/YourUserName/.gimp-2.8/scripts/
That´s where You drop it.
