What am I supppose to do? (Tool Options are gone)

Do you guys know the toolbox? So, in the toolbox, it was supposed to - when you click in a tool, there was suppose to open the tool options, but the only thing that appears is: "You can drop dockable diologs here" - I want the tool options there! Help

Double-click on the tool icon in the Toolbox...

Double-click on the tool icon in the Toolbox and your Options dialog should appear as a separate window. Hover the mouse over the "Tool Options" tab in that new dialog and click-n-drag it over to where it says "You can drop dockable diologs here".
