I can't seem to the options for the tools in a Dialog window

Ok, so I can't seem to get the dialog windows for the tool options. It's driving me crazy and I can't see anything in the help. The layer dialog question was very helpful, but is there something for the tools? If so, then what is the shortcut??

The easiest way to raise a Tool's option dialog is to double-click on the Tool's icon in the Toolbox.
